The Firm advices on multiple and complex legal issues to their respective clients which includes various public sector undertaking, corporate business houses, financial institutions, start-ups, regulatory bodies, various Govt. Departments and State Govt. and individual clients. The firm is having a dedicated team of nearly a team of 30 lawyers, the firm is having its presence PAN India.

V.V Gautam and Associates was founded in early 2000, however, Mr. V.V. Gautam joined the Firm in the beginning of 2010. The Firm’s practice area includes Taxation (Indirect & Direct), Intellectual Property Rights, Energy and Infrastructure, Disputes Resolution, Corporate Law, Mining, Environmental Laws, Land Acquisition, Property Disputes, NDPS Act matters, FEMA & PMLA, Matrimonial Disputes, Civil & Criminal, Due Diligence and Arbitration. The Firm undertakes litigation at Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, all the High Courts in the Country, all the Tribunals and having associates to handle litigations at District Courts.
